The recruitment policy is that applications are received in response to an advert placed in the print media by ZPCS. Our recruitment initiatives focus on meeting our key operational needs by filling in vacancies that arise within the Service for such groups as Correctional Officers and other technical fields.
Recruitment Criteria
For professionals this depends on the criteria for the post that is being advertised. In addition, members in the general duties section who attain the necessary qualifications can apply for transfer to join the technical and specialist sections depending on availability of vacancies in the selected field
